Family Taico has introduced a seating order reception system.
○For customers waiting in line on the day
We have introduced a “wait-order reception” system for Family Taiko’s same-day waiting list.
Waitlist reception is a system in which customers apply on a first-come, first-served basis for guidance and various services
that have a “wait” on the day, and are guided in order of reception number. Please note that we do not have a system to reserve frames.
○For customers who make a reservation by specifying the date and time
If you have a specified date and time, please use “Future Order Reception”. Future order reservation is not a reservation for the queue you are currently in, but a reservation for a later time.
If you apply for “Future order reception”, you will be first in line at the time you reserved, and you will be able to use our store smoothly with less waiting time.
